Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number.

Yes, all plants come in eco-friendly nursery pots. Decorative pots are available for purchase separately.

Each order includes a detailed care card tailored to your plant. You can also find helpful care tips on our website.
🌞 Q6: What kind of light do the plants need?
We provide lighting recommendations for each plant. Many thrive in low to medium light, while others may need bright, indirect sunlight.
🚫 Q7: What if my plant arrives damaged or unhealthy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Absolutely! We clearly indicate which plants are pet-safe on each product page. If you have pets, always double-check before purchasing.

Plant sizes vary, but approximate height and pot diameter are listed in each product description.

Non-plant items can be returned within 14 days. Due to the nature of live plants, refunds or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
